DanceSport Inter-res Competition

Represent your res in the DanceSport Inter-res Competition (includes oppi team).

The following dances will be included:
Waltz, Tango, Quickstep, Cha cha, Rumba, Jive and Open dances announced on the day!

Crash-course Workshop:

This will be a brief workshop where we will teach you the basics - enough to be able to take part in the event.

• Date: Tuesday 25th September
• Time: 8:30-10:30 pm
• Venue: The Hangar

The competition:

• Date: Saturday 29th September
• Time: 1 pm
• Venue: Alec Mullins Hall
• Dress Code: Smart (no slops,slippers,shorts,pj's) Spectators are welcome

*NB: Res Sports Reps will need to organise their teams beforehand. Teams will consist of members from 2 residences - 1 male and 1 female res. 2 female residences may join if necessary as there are more female residences. Teams should be organised before the workshop. Teams and couples will not be paired by the club. Teams can consist of 1 to 6 couples. In the case of 1 couple they will be required to dance all the sections whereas if there are 2 to 6 couples they can alternate the dances.
