Community Engagement Awards: Nominations open

You can nominate people in the following categories:
- Community partner of the year
- Student volunteer of the year
- Community Engaged scholarship
- Sports Club/society of the year
- Gold Award for Community Engagement
- Residence/hall of the year
The aim of the awards is to provide successful nominees with well-deserved recognition for showing exceptional commitment, dedication, creativity and initiative in going about their community engagement activities.
To nominate, please visit the community engagement website (http://www.ru.ac.za/communityengagement/quicklinks/awards/) and download the official nomination form. You can also pick up nomination forms from the RUCE office. To submit your nominations, please send the filled in form to Nosipho Mngomezulu (svp@ru.ac.za).
Successful nominees will be acknowledged at the community Engagement Awards ceremony which will take place on Thursday the 11th of October 2012. Please note that students may nominate themselves.
Closing date for nominations is: 17:00 on the 28th of September 2012.
