- Review from a Proctor. Charged and convicted of two counts of fraud and two counts of theft. Penalty: permanent exclusion from RU and student’s record to be endorsed “conduct unsatisfactory”. Penalty subsequently confirmed by Council as required by the Student Disciplinary Code. On review: convictions confirmed. Penalty altered to 10 years exclusion and record to
