Labaran Ibrahim

Labaran Ibrahim is a Ph.D. research student in the soilless plant growth research group in the Department of Biochemistry and Microbiology, Rhodes University, South Africa. The focus of his research is the study of the influence of seasonal dynamics on the diversity of microbial communities, nutritional compositions of plants, as well as the physico-chemical properties of the fish effluent water in aquaponics systems.

In his home country of Nigeria, Labaran works at the Federal University, Dutse, Department of Biochemistry, as an academic staff member.
