Thousands of academic journal articles and surveys have proven the benefits of Mindfulness Meditation, which has successfully been used for enhanced learning, creativity, sports, prosocial behaviour and improved peace of mind. Come along for an introduction and an experiential taste in the form of a short guided practise.

This step by step course was developed by Mindfulness UK, based at Aberdeen University, and is part of their Masters training programme. It includes audio guided practises and a manual.
