The Hobson House Leadership Team comprises of the Residence Head, Residence Student Assistants and a House Committee that is annually selected by Hobson House students. Your Residence Head, Residence Student Assistants, and House Committee members share the responsibility for students and, with their cooperation, aim to create a friendly and comfortable environment in which students can pursue their academic objectives and achieve personal growth.

The Residence Head takes an interest in students' ideas and issues, and together with the leadership team, they are involved in planning and organising residence life.

The leadership team is responsible for ensuring that the rules of the residence and the University are adhered to. The Leadership team organises numerous activities throughout the year to maintain a balanced residential experience.
