A 13th cheque, equivalent to one month’s basic salary, is included in the remuneration package for all staff. This is payable in the birthday month.

We offer the option for new staff, at the time of appointment, to have this split on a monthly basis, to help in meeting monthly expenses. There is an option to increase tax throughout the year, in order to enjoy an after-tax 13th cheque amount.

For those who are remunerated on a cost to company basis (grade 18 to 25), a 13th cheque is optional
