Mr Mzolo Nkosinathi is an aspiring academic and Human Rights Lawyer in the field of Public Law. His areas of interests are constitutional and administrative law. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of the Western Cape.

He is a former Disciplinary Committee member (Chairperson and Prosecutor) for South African Football Association (SAFA) - UMgungundlovu Region. He has taught in the areas of Public Law; Interpretation of statutes and Labour Law at the Varsity College (Westville Campus) and Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Aspects and Foundations to law at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

He holds: Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws qualifications from University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. He is a Ph.D. candidate at the Rhodes University in the area of Constitutional Law.

He has researched enormously around the topics: The rule of law, principle of legality and the test for rationality: A critical analysis of the South African jurisprudence in the light of separation of powers; A hybrid standard for the rule of law and legality “rationality” principle as a justification in the South African jurisprudence in relation to the exercises of power for the executive and the legislative actions: reflections and motivations for dual standard.
