The Hypogasturid Springtails (Collembola: Hypogasturidae) of South Africa

Members of this family are terrestrial, found in numerous habitats (soil, under bark, seashore, mushroom beds).

      Holotype male and one paratype female male in Royal Museum of Central Africa at Tervuren, Belgium, paratype male at MNHN, Paris, other paratypes with Barra.
