Biography

Tammy Booysen is a Lecturer in the Department of Primary and Early Childhood Education. She started her career as a Grade 1 teacher in Kensington, Cape Town. Hereafter she completed her BED Honours and Masters in Education studies. Her research interests include investigating Visual Representations in Mathematics as well as exploring the concept of Place Value in Foundation Phase. She currently is responsible for Teaching Practice in the department.
