Biography:

Angi Jones, who lectures in the Department of Early Childhood and Primary Education, is an initial teacher education specialist with extensive experience in foundation phase and school leadership. She lectures in the English Home Language method course, Maths and Professional Studies for year 1-4 students. Her research interests are language in Mathematics and reading in the foundation phase. She has an MEd in Mathematics Education from Rhodes University.
