MASTER'S DEGREE IN FACULTY OF LAW

All postgraduate admissions in the Faculty of Law are subject to the availability of resources.
To be admitted to the Master’s degree, candidates must have obtained at least a 65% average in the final year of their LLB degree.
Where a candidate has not met the requirement set out in L16.2, the Dean of Law has the discretion to admit that person, on good cause shown.
Admission to the PhD degree is at the discretion of the Dean of Law, on good cause shown.

All full-time postgraduate candidates shall report in person to their supervisors on or before 15 February of each year.
Unless exempted by the Dean, all postgraduate candidates shall attend the Faculty’s scheduled
seminars on proposal writing and research and participate in the Faculty’s po
