Profile

Tinashe has been working in the private sector as an Industrial Psychologist, mainly focusing on Medico-Legal Work. He is currently serving as the Eastern Cape Chair of the Society of Industrial and Organisational Psychology South Africa (SIOPSA). He is also serving as a committee member of the South African Medico-Legal Association (SAMLA) (Eastern Cape Branch). His practice focuses on providing expert opinion in third-party claims, consulting, and counselling.

Research Focus

His research interests are in Human Capital Development, Mental Health in the Workplace (focusing mainly on clinically diagnosed disorders), using the Qualitative Methodology in Management Sciences, Application of Logotherapy in the Workplace, Diversity and Inclusion and Career Psychology.
