Education is crucial to sustainable development, and its quality and accessibility must be improved. Quality education leadership creates supportive learning environments through ongoing professional development and resource allocation. Innovative teaching practices that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and industry-specific skills improve education quality. Inclusive education cultures and epistemic justice promote equal access and student success by addressing systemic barriers. Achieving these goals produces capable teachers and students, a capable workforce, and promotes diversity, inclusion, and social responsibility. Education can contribute to sustainable development by preparing a skilled workforce and promoting social equality.
The goal of achieving education leadership involves two main objectives that aim to improve the quality of education at all levels. The first objective is to provide structures for teacher training support and accountability. This involves creating systems that support ongoing professional development for teachers, as well as holding them accountable for meeting established standards of performance. By doing so, teachers can be better equipped to provide high-quality instruction that meets the needs of their students. The second objective is to equip education leaders and systems at all levels to improve infrastructure and enhance the quality of schooling. This involves providing the necessary resources and tools to create a supportive learning environment, such as modern technology, up-to-date curriculum materials, and appropriate classroom facilities. By doing so, education leaders and systems can help to ensure that students have access to the resources they need to succeed, and can help to create a culture of continuous improvement that fosters academic excellence. Together, these two objectives can help to create a strong foundation for education leadership that supports the development of well-trained teachers and successful students.

At it’s core quality education prepares students to become civic-minded and capable members of society - by promoting innovative teaching practices that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as providing opportunities for experiential learning and community engagement. By doing so, Higher Education Institutions can help to produce graduates who are not only equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their careers, but who also have a strong sense of civic responsibility and are capable of making a positive impact on society. Additionally, by incorporating industry-specific training and partnerships, Higher Education Institutions can help to create a capable workforce that is well-prepared to meet the demands of the job market.

The goal is to achieve equal access to education for all individuals by cultivating inclusive and positive cultures in education institutions, promoting epistemic justice, and enhancing student success.
The objectives seek to acknowledge work that involves implementing inclusive policies in education institutions, encouraging diversity and multicultural practices and fostering a culture of respect and acceptance among students and staff; ultimately ensuring safe and welcoming environments for all individuals in education institutions, regardless of their race, gender, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or other personal characteristics to learn.
Similarly, it focuses on providing equal opportunities for individuals to access education at all levels, including higher education by addressing systemic barriers to education, such as limited financial resources or inadequate academic preparation, and providing support and resources to help students succeed.Central to this is promoting epistemic justice - acknowledging and addressing the historical and ongoing marginalisation of certain groups in education and promoting a curriculum that is inclusive and reflective of diverse perspectives and experiences.
