Dear Students
It's really a pleasure to hear that the organisers of the recent Boat Races at Port Alfred were "impressed with student behaviour" and that there were no serious or unpleasant incidents reported. Well done to our rowers, who did us proud, and congratulations to the organisers for ensuring that the event ran so smoothly. And in particular I commend each of our student supporters who behaved responsibly and who, I hope, have set a new standard for what we what we expect at such events in the future
