The Rhodes University Athletics Club will be hosting its 2009 Street mile in aid of CANSA and the SPCA. This is a fun event that everyone can participate in; the aim of the event is not to see who can run a mile in the quickest time, but to see how much money can be raised for the above mentioned charities. So make your way down and show your support by walking or running the mile, Dogs are welcome and always add a great vibe to the event, but be sure to have them on a lead.
