Relay for life is a fundraising event for the CANSA association which is held in hundreds of cities across the world, East London's relay will be held on the 26th March 2010. A major component of this fundraiser is the sale of commemorative bags which members of the public purchase and write on in honour of someone who has either fallen to or overcome the disease. These bags are then displayed around the relay track and a candle is lit inside each one to symbolise their fight against cancer. Please support this worthy cause by purchasing your commemorative bags!

- outside the law faculty from 1-2 pm daily
- outside the library between 2-4 pm daily
