On some mobile devices you might get a warning that the security certificate we use is unknown or incorrect. In order to save space on smaller devices, manufacturers don't necessarily include all the certificates that are available on desktop computers. However, you can usually install additional certificates by simply downloading them.
Rhodes' certificate is signed by DigiCert, and you can get their SHA-2 High Assurance EV Root CA signing certificate from https://www.digicert.com/digicert-root-certificates.htm.

Note that you should never send outgoing email from your Rhodes email address via another provider's mail servers. Rhodes publishes an outgoing mail policy that allows people to treat email sent in this way as SPAM. This means that Rhodes mail sent via another provider's mail servers will likely be subject to more scrutiny, and may well be rejected or discarded.
