OMIGSA Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst. Jon Duncan joined Old Mutual Investment Group SA (OMIGSA)’s Equity Research team in February 2011 as an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Analyst. His role is to develop a capability to incorporate ESG factors into company analysis and valuation. He works closely with the OMIGSA fund managers to help shape their investment strategies in terms of ESG issues, while also assisting to develop OMIGSA’s own policies. With 15 years’ professional consulting experience, Jon worked at Environmental Resource Management prior to joining OMIGSA. He has a Masters degree in Environmental Science and a BSc in Civil Engineering.
