Co-director, Oasis School of Human Relations. Nick is a trusted confidant to leaders, mentors, leading organisations, senior teams and change agents. His experience of being a supportive, catalytic and challenging one-to-one developer, facilitator and consultant spans over 30 years. He blends whole person approaches with an incisive capacity to work beneath the obvious whilst demonstrating a deep understanding of people, relationships and development. He is lead co-facilitator on a range of longer-term programmes including Whole Person Facilitating and the Global Innovation Collaboratory, Senior Advisor to the UNGC/EFMD Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative and author of The Seven Stage Model, Peering into the Future and Working Relationships for the 21st Century: A Guide to Authentic Collaboration. He is a co-founder of the Oasis School of Human Relations, creating a radical peer-based organisation pioneering Whole Person Learning in sectors and settings in the UK and globally.
