Senior Lecturer & PDEM Coordinator

Teaches entrepreneurship, and  coordinates the Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Management (PDEM), community engagement for the RBS,  supervises MBA research and co- supervises PhD students. She worked as part of the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) Business School research during periods 2012 - 2015.  Tshidi has worked as an independent researcher, a consultant, a lecturer and a technical advisor within private & public sectors. A development expert with extensive experience in socio-economic sector and related issues such as; capacity building and development, focusing on research, planning and implementation to support programmes and projects in such as evaluation, monitoring, system development, strategic and programme planning, institutional and capacity development and process facilitation.  Tshidi authored and co-authored various research output and publications in peer reviewed journals, and international conferences.    

Career objective focus on stimulate young creative minds through knowledge sharing and skills development. With background in socio-economic combined with passion for youth, women, children and, people with disabilities (as groups made vulnerable by poverty), Tshidi believes entrepreneurship can be used as a pathway not only to financial sustainability but to improve people’s quality of life and doing good to the planet.
