Rory Thomas is a BA Hons student majoring in Art History & Visual Culture at Rhodes University. He was born and raised in Southeast England before emigrating to South Africa in 2015 and, as a result, his passion for creative arts was forged mostly in London but has grown deeper and more contemplative since moving. His arts research interests include the relations between the body and its environs, queer theory, digital and new media art, and contemporary curatorial studies.
