The Rhodes University Graduate Recruitment Programme is conceptualised as a structured, university-led initiative aimed at strengthening pathways between Rhodes University graduates and employment opportunities across the public, private, and social sectors. The programme seeks to intentionally position Rhodes graduates as competitive, work-ready candidates while supporting employers to access high-quality, values-driven talent.
