IMPORTANT NOTICE
The official opening ceremony for the new Library is scheduled for 17h00 on Thursday, 4 November & will take place in front of the Library’s entrance. About 250 guests are expected to attend.
We apologise for the inconvenience that this will cause to users:
No users will be allowed to use the entrance between 16h30 and 18h30
Users already in the Library who wish to leave during these hours will have to use the staff exit – ask for assistance at the Loans Desk on Level 1
A police security check of the Library will take place at midday on 4 November & will include a sniffer dog. Students will be instructed to clear sections while the check is conducted.
Donors & guests will be shown around the Library during the course of the day & guests might walk around the Library after the opening ceremony
