Tembeka Ngcukaitobi is an advocate of the High Court specializing in human rights and constitutional litigation. He holds degrees in B. Proc, LLB (Unitra), LLM (Rhodes University) and LLM (London School of Economics and Political Science). He has co- authored several books on labour law and constitutional law. He also recently published his own book, The Land is ours: South Africa’s First Black Lawyers and the Birth of Constitutionalism. The book will be sold at the venue and refreshments will be served.
