The Right to Read and Write Campaign

The Right to Read and Write Campaign was launched on the 8^th of September 2021 (international literacy day), and CSD’s Sarah Murray was a member of the of the Section 11 Committee, a formally constituted sub-committee of the South African Human Rights Commission, that wrote the report.
