These are also founding partners that lead sustainability science research institutes with strong African and international partnerships. They include the University of Witwatersrand Global Change Institute; the University of Fort Hare Institute of Social and Economic Research and the University of Limpopo SARChI Chair in Ecosystem Health. These partners are actively collaborating on building the sustainability science base of the Leadership Centre and are supporting the Leadership Centre’s scientific research networks.
