For those of you have had dealings with HR in recent months will be aware of changes to our structure and our office. Our new structure sees HR staff dealing with all HR processes for specific Faculties and Divisions of the University.
Presentations to HoDs, Directors and line managers have been held in the Faculties and Divisions. Staff presentations were held on 16 and 17 February. The purposes of the presentations was to explain the changes in the structure of HR and how this will impact interactions with HR.The presentation is attached for your reference.
