Title of Research: Perceptions on organisation commitment in a selected Chinese organisation in South Africa: A case study approach

The study investigates the perceptions on organisational commitment of South African employees working within a multinational Chinese organisation operating in South Africa.  For the purposes of the study, a single case study approach, which is located within the phenomenological research paradigm, has been used. Data was collected by means of in-depth, semi-structured interviews with participating employees. The findings should contribute to the current limited literature available on the topic, and provide pertinent managerial recommendations to the organisation under study. I will be submitting the thesis before the end of the year. I have found my research topic to be of great interest, and have enjoyed being a part of this important research project.
