M. Rogan has been invited to consult with Minister Nzimande’s panel to review the higher education, science, technology and innovation institutional landscape (HESTIIL) on 25 June 2020. M. Rogan has been asked to assist the ministerial panel with its mandate to address the systemic challenges that South Africa needs to overcome in order to achieve the goals of the National Development Plan (Vision 2030)
