SRC 2009 Elections

Dear Rhodent

It gives me great pleasure to announce the new SRC of 2010. We wish them great success and luck with their new office and remind them that they represent only the autonomy of the students.

Please note that the Council is not complete as of yet. The Oppidan and Residence Councillor portfolio’s are still vacant and will only be filled next term.
With that in mind, nominations for the halls, (except those listed below) are open! Fetch nomination forms from the SRC offices. Voting will take place between the 21-24th of September
Consequently the Executive Committee of the SRC will only be elected when council is fully constituted.

In order for the elections to be considered legitimate, 33.3 % of full time students had to vote. Although part time and special students could vote; their votes do not impact on quorum. (See schedule 6 and 7 of Constitution of Student Governance for reference)

Total no of part time students: 744
