PENDING CASE

Charged with two counts of theft and two counts of fraud. The matter is part heard. The hearing convened on 29 September 2011, 12 October 2011, 19 October 2011, 21 October 2011, 29 November 2011, 30 November 2011 and 8 December 2011. The matter has been postponed to 16 January 2012.
