Biography:

Meshach Aziakpono is a Professor of Economics and the Coordinator of the Master’s Programme in Financial Markets. Before joining Rhodes University, he was a professor of Development Finance and the Head of Development Finance Programmes at the Stellenbosch University Business School. He holds a PhD and master’s degree in Economics from the University of the Free State (South Africa) and the University of Ibadan (Nigeria), respectively.
