All members of the university community are invited to a discussion on “Humanizing Pedagogy”

The discussion launches a programme of events under the heading “Breaking Bread – Umrhabulo”, where interested staff and students will meet to consider what a university might look like if it is committed to social justice and Ubuntu. This first event will see Dr Siphokazi Magadla and Prof Michael Joseph presenting their ideas on bell hooks and Paulo Freire, followed by discussions and participation with all those present. You are all warmly invited to attend and light snacks will be served.
