I am a registered PhD student in the Department of Sociology. I hold a Master of Science in Sociology and Social Anthropology, and a BSc Honours Degree in Sociology both from the University of Zimbabwe. I am currently employed as a full-time lecturer with Women’s University in Africa. I specialize in rural and urban development studies and social theory. My doctoral thesis is on rural livelihoods and natural resource utilization in a post-fast-track resettlement area in rural Zimbabwe.
