Grade 7's learn about the classification of animals

Prof. William Froneman (Head of Department) spent a few hours on Wednesday 4th February 2015 with a Grade 7 class from St Andrews Preparatory School (Grahamstown), teaching them about the classification of animals. They learnt that animals are classified on the basis of the presence or absence of a backbone and by the presence of an exoskeleton, endoskeleton or hydrostatic skeleton.
