Ms Zukhanye Dladla

Degree: Psychology and Classical Studies with a minor in Art History

Molweni, My name is Zukhanye and I am a third-year student at Rhodes University, majoring in Psychology and Classical Studies with a minor in Art History.

I have a strong passion for both reading and engaged citizenry, which I pursue through my involvement with RUCE and Project Read. These initiatives allow me to combine my academic interests with meaningful community engagement.

As a student leader, I guide a dedicated team of colleagues in collaboration with teachers and community leaders to help children cultivate an early love for reading and develop the skills to read with understanding—an important step in addressing the broader issue of illiteracy.
