Toolkits and guides have been developed by the HR Division with the intention to provide:

• Assistance to Managers and HoDs in their people management responsibilities;
• Staff with information related to their employment and to allow them to independently pursue job and career related issues

In order to ensure the efficient use of the HR staff, Managers/HoDs and staff are encouraged to consult these toolkits in the first instance.
