Dr Bai Zhonghong recently presented her paper, "The Relationship Between Africa’s International Relations and International Law". Dr Zhonghong is a lecturer at the College of Humanities and a post-doctoral research fellow of the College of International Relations at Jinan University, People’s Republic of China.
