The Department of Political and International Studies invites the public to a plenary session of the "African Voices in New IR Theory" conference to be addressed by global IR scholar, Andrew Hurrell from Oxford University. He will talk on "The BRICS and Beyond: IR Theory in a Global Age" which will be followed by a comment on the address by the discussant, Prof. Mwesiga Baregu from St. Augustine, University of Tanzania.
