Putuma Blossom Balintulo was born and raised in eCala, a small town in the Eastern Cape. She is the last born of nine children, and the first to have furthered my studies at an institution of higher learning. She is currently pursuing an honours degree in Environmental Sciences at Rhodes University. Putuma is humbled by the potential that the student body sees in her and entrusting her to carry such an important role on their behalf. Putuma brings creativity, critical thinking, innovation, experience and fun to her position. She serves the student body humbly with honesty, integrity and transparency.
