Vuyokazi Burwana holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Psychology and Anthropology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. In 2014 she completed the honours degree-level Postgraduate Diploma in Media Management (PDMM) at Rhodes University’s Sol Plaatje Institute (SPI) for Media Leadership. The PDMM is the only formal qualification in media management and leadership in Africa and the developing world.
Vuyokazi is responsible for the marketing, coordination and organisation of the SPI’s PDMM and its various short courses. She also produces regular content updates for the SPI’s website and other media platforms and manages the production and distribution of the SPI’s newsletter.
