The Grahamstown Games was a fun CrossFit event in which multiple members of the research group participated – pushing the limits of their bodies and minds. Nathan Holm, Kelly Schwarz, Duncan Ruck, Natasha Boel and Laura Dingle gave blood sweat and tears to the event, doing the research group proud.
