Mr Kevin Rafferty
BSc (Wits), MBA (Rhodes Business School)
Kevin is currently a senior lecturer at the Rhodes Business School. His teaching focus is Leadership and Knowledge Management. Previously he spent 7 years lecturing in the Department of Information Systems at Rhodes. Prior to moving to Rhodes he spent 5 years as a project manager in people development for the Information Technology sector in Gauteng.
Kevin also facilitates numerous workshops and executive short courses on leadership development with the Business School’s business partners. These include organisations from the motor manufacturing and motor retail industry, the waste technology industry and the education sector.
Kevin is working with Damiler South East Asia and facilitaing their SCORE Leadership programme for their Level 5 managers. This takes him to locations all around South East Asia to facilitate the workshops, including India, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Australia.
