1.Download and complete the MCom Application Form:

2. Attach to the above and merge into a single PDF document:

a. MCom in Integrative Thinking motivation (type this onto a document not exceeding two pages):

Full name

Qualification: Your highest qualification attained and the name of the institution.

Academic performance: Your aggregate mark achieved for your NQF8 (Honours or Postgraduate Diploma) qualification.

Proposed topic: The title of your proposed research.

Research Description: A short description (500 words) elaborating on the research topic and how you plan to carry it out.

Access to data: Describe the potential site for conducting your fieldwork.

b. Certified copy of ID (if SA citizen or permanent resident) or Passport (international applicants)

c. Certified copy of Academic transcript

d. Certified copy of Degree/s certificate/s

e. If you are an international applicant and you have not studied at a South African Higher Education Institution, then you must also provide a South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) electronic certificate of evaluation for foreign qualifications. The process for this can be found at: https://www.saqa.org.za/evaluation-foreign-qualifications?language_content_entity=en If you do not have this certificate of evaluation, please proceed to obtain it as soon as possible.

3. Once you have merged ALL of the above into a single PDF document, in the order requested, then you can complete the application process at: https://ross.ru.ac.za/ugadmissions Click on the link to ROSS https://ross.ru.ac.za/ and Choose Admission (not yet enrolled at Rhodes)

When applying via ROSS, please ensure that you select the following:

Degree Choice: Master of Commerce

Department: Rhodes Business School

Degree Type: Thesis

For Subject, if not shown in the list, type in ‘Integrative Thinking’.

Supervisor:  To be negotiated with the department.

Then upload the single PDF document as per above, which is in the order, Masters application, MCom Motivation (2 pages maximum), Certified Copy of ID/Passport, Certifed Copy of Degree Certificate, SAQA Certificate of Evaluation (if applicable).
