Wandisile joined the CBC in January 2021 as an intern in a research team that works with African boxthorn. a shrub native to South Africa but invasive to Australia. His job involves looking after a culture of the biological control agents for the boxthorn to sure the population remains stable, so that they can be shipped to Australia when needed.
