He has performed with excellence both in class work and in extracurricular activities. He has demonstrated a strong leadership in organizing activities and class work. He is willing to help those in need. As one of the "Chinese Bridge" competitors on behalf of Rhodes at the Chinese proficiency context that was held at the University of Western Cape in April early this year, he was among the most impressive category of competitors. He is also a good learner and takes his course work very conscientiously. He has made remarkable progress in his Chinese studies. A noticeable proof of this is that he has now mastered over 800 Chinese characters since he started to learn Chinese 8 months ago.
