Once a Research Institute, Oriel Annexe has been converted into a comfortable home for 13 students in 3 single and 5 double rooms; the double rooms are primarily used for First Year Students.

Situated in close proximity to the Library, Eden Grove, the Health Care Centre, and the Campus Protection Unit, Oriel Annexe is very centrally placed yet it is in a quiet nook of the campus.
