Thesis title: Livestock water Productivity: Towards improving rural livelihoods from livestock in semi-arid rangelands.
My name is Bukho Gusha, born in a small town called Bizana in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. I hold BSc Agric- Livestock and Pasture Science and MSc Agric- Pasture Science from University of Fort Hare, Alice Campus. I am now currently registered as a PhD- Science student at Rhodes University, in the Environmental Science Department.
My research is aimed at improving the water use efficiency by livestock after the clearing of alien invasive plants and how best we can improve rural livelihoods from livestock in semi-arid rangelands.
