Title of Research: Exploring the Chinese Approach to Intellectual Capital Development in South Africa: A Strategy-As-Practice Approach

Natasha Pretorius was born in Johannesburg South Africa. She is currently a Masters student at Rhodes University.  She received her undergraduate degree in Management and Economics from Rhodes University and then went on to complete a Post Graduate Certificate in Education before pursuing her studies in Management.

Natasha's dissertation focuses on the approach adopted by Chinese owned organisations operating in South Africa in terms of Intellectual Capital Development. The study aims to contribute to a better understanding of the Chinese presence in South Africa and determine the extent to which this presence contributes towards South African Human Capital development.
